The beer is great enough to earn 5 stars on its own but the service leaves so much to be desired that I would give negative stars if it were an option! I have to agree with another review that states, "Rock bottom" is how you're left feeling, so the name is appropriate. I ordered the flight and was very pleased with all samples. The pretzel duo was just okay. Cheese dips were clumpy with cold spots so microwaved it was! My entree, veggie Mac and cheese was horrible! No veggies except 3 hard mushroom slices and the pasta was chewy. Just gross! Our waitress if that's what you want to call her was basically nonexistent and did not seem to care that my entree had been sitting on end of table for 30 minutes. She offered to bring ticket without checking why my entree was untouched. I let her know it was not done and I wanted it removed. She simply said okay. Wow! Great customer service! I do not recommend restaurants that I feel are a risk so do not take a chance on dining here! The beer is awesome so bar service only may be an okay! I ordered a growler of Blue Ridge Mist to go and of course, the waitress forgot to place the order so I had to wait on this a little longer! The brewery will suffer unless wait staff improve and chef needs to improve also!
