Worst customer service ever!!!! Never use this company!! Ordered photos online and never received them???? After 1 1/2 months I called to ask about my photos and they said they would be shipped out the next day??? Another 2 weeks passed and I still don't have them???? Finally became extremely upset with the situation that I called just to get a refund. They didn't even apologize??? Kept me on hold for 15 min before she came back to the line just to verify my information?? Not even an apology for the extremely horrible service the company provided. It seemed like I was causing an inconvenience for her and this was the manager????
