Boutique is different. The clothes is cute enough but overpriced for the quality. Most Sizes are one size fits all, they have bottoms that comes in different sizes. It is very expensive and I expected it to be from a boutique. They offer a variety of skin care products and cosmetics. Some of the brands are well known and some are cheap and lower end. The markup on everything is high. I used to like their jewelry but lately the quality has gone down. Their refund policy is strict too. I bought a hat once as a gift and didn't realize there was no return on accessories. I can understand earrings or make up for sanitation purposes but a hat really? The recipient didn't like the hat and Im not a hat person so Im stuck with that and my hard earned $40 wasted.
When you walk in, you will immediately get bombarded by sales associate working there. They try to be helpful but it comes off aggressive. Even if you have anything (1 item) in your hand, they will try to offer to put them up on the counter for you. I can carry it just fine thank you, Im not a child and I wont break your merchandise. Im the kind of shopper that like to be left alone to browse. If I want help then I will ask. When I like something I take a long time to make a decision because once I find an item I want to buy in every color.
Its nice to have a Korean beauty and clothing store on campus. However if Im not pressing for time, I would still rather buy my beauty products online and korean clothing on Yesstyle. I get to read reviews about it and it always cheaper than buying at Dear72. At least I feel appreciated and I don't have to deal with sales associate watching my every movement.
