I had a very enjoyable experience. I was promptly greeted and my needs were met with ease on the type of vehicle I wanted. I appreciated that when the offer/negotiation process was handled, it was a very simple transparent one. The sales guys I worked with were Sean and Daniel, who brought me numbers printed out with a bottom line outlining everything in writing for my trade, and the purchase price. We didn't talk in terms of payments, but instead in terms of bottom line. There were no high pressure tactics, and as a female, I felt respected, which is frequently not the case, especially when shopping alone for a car. I highly recommend Keffer for an excellent car buying experience, not to mention the fact that I LOVE my CX-5!! :)
