This place is horrible. I went in for a mani/pedi, they started my pedi service and walked away for 10 minutes to service another customer. I waited patiently until I couldn't take it any longer so I left and went to polished. On top of that, they gave me attitude when I asked what was taking so long. Tey said it was their "process" but in 10 years of having nail services done, I've never experienced this kind of process or worse customer service! Stay away!
