I've been seeing Dr Cohen for quite some time, which says it all right there because I won't stay if not satisfied. She's bright and caring as a doctor, and her staff run smoothly. I recently had some difficulties with my insurance, and Trish Audiss in finance got on the phone with them to get things straightened out. The next time I saw Dr. Cohen, she was aware of the entire fiasco. That's really great communication, folks, something sorely lacking almost across the board these days.
