We were approached at Home Depot a while back and though my husband was hesitant at first, we decided to go with it. We went full tilt, with the water softener and the water filtration. The Installation guys were a joke, and did a very poor job, I have tubes running the bottom of my cabinets. After less than a month the filtration stopped working, my husband replaced that little tablet thing and then a couple months later, it stopped working again.... when I called for help they demanded 75 bucks to come out and look at it, it didn't include any additional services. The Home Depot salesman assured me that any problems within the 1st year would be dealt with by the office, free of charge. We had the filtration system less than a year and now it's only function is to take up space under my sink. Don't go with these guys, find someone who cares about their customers. This office does NOT!
