I recently moved to Paradise Valley, not far from Gainey Ranch. The shopping center is very nice so I decided to try the nail salon. It is very cute an updated. The gentleman doing my nails seemed very concerned with if I lived here and was visiting. He wanted to know where I lived which I was uncomfortable with discussing. I wanted a gel manicure. He wrapped my nails in foil and got himself a drink never offering me anything. However that is not why I do not recommend the salon. He hurt me while taking off my gel hitting my cuticles many times. He filed my nails horribly. Some are diagonal some with one rounded corner, the other corner square. The gel Polish is thick in some areas and thin in others. The polish runs over my cuticles on some nails. On my left thumb the polish isn't even on the entire nail. I was very disappointed. I came home and had to file my nails myself because the were jagged and uneven. A few nails were catching on my clothing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of good nail salons and this is not one of them!!! Thank goodness nails grow because my nails were beautifully shaped before visiting this salon. I could have done a better job myself. This is my first ever review on Yelp, but my experience was horrible and I wanted to let others know - stay away!!!!
