What's the point of keeping the exit gate closed if the main gate is open all the time, might as well leave the exit gate open too. I always see repairman trying to fix the gates but then they break the next week. For the amount of rent that is being paid everything should be in tip top shape!
Also the apartments are not fully renovated the toilets, showers, tubs are outdated and painted, after some time the paint wears off and old mildew stains start to show in the shower. We were promised all new appliances but apparently they misspoke the washer and dryer are outdated and are not a matching pair the washer is newer while the dryer is super old looking from the early 90's.
