I had the pleasure of visiting this place since I was required to take a drug test in order to work for one of our clients projects. I made the drug screen appointment through our clients website, which was easy enough and was given a 3 day window to come by at my convenience.
Luckily my park & ride stop is next door so after I got dropped off by the bus I headed over. I was waiting behind a lady that was simultaneously on her cell phone talking to someone and trying to convey the information to the front desk person - that was clearly annoyed. There was a bit of a language barrier so I just hung back and waited my turn.
Overall the process took about 30min of my time. The last time I was required to take a test was YEARS ago when there was more paperwork involved. Seems like everything is electronic. My appointment sheet even had a barcode for the nurses to check me in.
As far as the Urgent Care place itself, I am sure they see the whole gambit of people here. The waiting room is orderly and neat. One TV. Some chairs were wider than others to accommodate those folks that are larger around the waist.
This place will always be Blockbuster Video to me so it is hard for me to let go... but apparently you can't check out movies here anymore.... just a bunch of sick people :(
