As a U of T student, this was my go-to copy shop. There is another place almost next door that advertises three and half cent copies, but I never once set foot in there. That's the power of the marketplace. The customer service was decent and attentive to my copying needs, recommending the ratio for copying until I got the hang of it--I was relieved of having to do costly experimentation. When my machine was out of paper, they replaced it promptly and without any confusion. Bicycle parking was of the convenient post-and-ring variety in front of the storefront. Having always asked for a receipt and reviewed the charges in relation to the number of copies I made, I can say with certainty that I was never overcharged. They also once waited an extra 20 minutes after their closing time for me and someone else to finish copying. I didn't have to carry around some pretentious chipped "copy card". It's too bad that there aren't that many more affordable copy shops around the city since this one is not that close to home. The rates tend to be around triple this place's prices for the same service. The prices were low and the service was competent and polite. It was exactly what I wanted from a copy shop.
