Want to ruin your moviegoing experience? Wait for 30 min into the movie to get drinks and pop corn. Wait more than an hour into the movie to get your food. Unfortunately this is what happened to us, not once but twice. You are hostage since you paid for the movie and they make it clear they won't refund your money. I really wanted to make this place work as I leave across the street but they have poor management and not enough servers. No more. Back to my regular theaters where I can get my own pop corn and drinks before the movie starts.
