The customer service skills of the manager/owners daughter leaves a lot to be desired... I like to shop local businesses but her attitude was unbelievable!!! I had a car key made returned in less than 45 seconds and she was very rude and said it doesn't look that bad... REALLY!!! It does NOT work... They made another and it did not work... When we walked back in she told the guy "don't cut another one" i asked her to refund my whole purchase and she said no! I am not refunding all the keys i told her i didn't want to go home and find out they don't work as well... She said she would not refund them... of course I got home and only 1 key worked. I am not upset that it took 45 minutes... the guys were very nice but she is the reason i will NEVER go back!!! ( after my refund of course)
