Amazingly slow service. I bought my truck at a different dealership, and this one is the closest to my house. The first few oil changes are included with the purchase of the car. But after waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes (still waiting right now, although I think we are close) for a 10 minute oil change, I can't come back. I would rather pay for it somewhere else than wait this long. Last time was over three hours--I thought it was a fluke and tried again. My mistake.
The service guys are nice enough, but the sheer amount of time for an oil change of a new car with nothing wrong is overwhelming.
