During a conference, the boyfriend and I stopped in for a manicure (his very first). The whole process felt very shady from forcing an appointment when the sign clearly says walk-ins welcome and the service rep stated no one was in the salon as well as stating that if we didn't show up our room would be charged for the services regardless. The nail tech was very friendly but upon stepping out of the salon into normal light I noticed that my nails were uneven and the top coat had a crazy amount of bubbles in them. When taken to check out they rushed us out without letting me examine the charges and trying to get me to add additional gratuity even though it had already been added to the bill. I had asked for a basic manicure plus French tip but was charged for an express manicure for an up charge I did not authorize. The nail tech spent barely 10 minutes on the boyfriend and we still had to pay $40 for something he could have done himself. It was absolutely ridiculous! The level of service, that was hardly existent, was not worth the $100 I was charged. Avoid this salon.
