What can I say that hasn't been said before? Absolutely perfect steak. The chili-rubbed rib-eye is to die for. But the thing that kicked this meal over the top? The wedge salad of all things. Big wedge of lettuce, with a blue cheese dressing that was full of crumbles that melt in your mouth. Alongside the wedge are heirloom grape tomatoes that scream Summer and a huge slab of pork belly that sent my heart all a-flutter. The combined tastes are orgasmic.
