Horrible. I was given a time window of 10am-1pm for installation of a hot water heater. I call at 11:30am--"he'll be there" I call at 12:30 "he called in for the purchase order so he'll be there". I call at 1:30pm, "He had trouble with another install--it will be 45 minutes to an hour" I ask how long the installation takes "About 1 and 1/2 hours". Two hours and 15 minutes later the tech shows up. I ask how long it will take (since now I am catching on that nothing I'm told can be trusted). The tech says it takes at least three hours to install. Needless to say, I fired Delta--and since I ordered through Home Depot, they are now fired, too.
Run as far and as fast as you can to a different outfit!
