Friend of mine refer me to this place as my primary doctor. I called yesterday, Wednesday. They were closed. So, I call again today. Someone answer the phone and put me on hold for 15 minutes. Really? My first impression is already no good. Anyway, someone answer my call after on hold 15 minutes later, I told him/her I need an appointment as a new patient. That person told me the next available appointment will be 6/1. Today is only 5/11. Lol. Really?
