The staff is great hands down. The property is kept up clean and great maintenance of trees and shrubs. Security is a 5 foot pole. My van was broken into and several 100's of dollars of shoes were stolen from my patio. Security are invisible and should an event occur the response is to call the invisible security company. The appliances are out dated and substandard. The master bathroom is a double broom closet and both bathrooms have fans with 60 decibel noise output. The sinks are very very shallow and my neighbors have the same observations regarding chipped sinks. A good place to rent if you're new to the area, short term but pricey. Lots of other properties going up in the area that are less expensive with newer amenities. Can't barbecue on your patio. 3 bdrm, 2 bath, single car garage. More expensive than larger (by 400 to 600 sq ft) 2-car garage homes with a full yard in this area. Staff hands are tied by Corp Hq regarding appliances.
