Professional and Friendly. My partner and I came to Level 9 to begin our Podcast in January 2018. Scott was very hospitable and professional, always prepared with studio set up before we arrived. Level 9 is clean professional, easy to use and Scott is extremely supportive and happy to explain things or assist however he can. He has always been adaptable when we needed to be and he is extremely supportive of his customers. He makes you feel like he genuinely wants your project to succeed. We also used Level 9 for our photography, logo design, and video promotions - as well as several other solo projects we have come up with.
