Jan 27th 2015 Went to Raggea hair studio to purchase hair. Went all the way to the back where the hair rack was, searched for my hair. I asked the store attendant some questions ( the fair skin over-weight lady)my best way to discribe her, which she replied to me but the way she replied sounded scarastic and not customer friendly. I noticed that but I ignored it and moved on, when saying bye and have a good day she replied to me in a soft tone " alright you too" she says, as if she really didnt want to answer. First of all she should have been the one to tell me good bye and have a great day to show good customer service. tHere was a moment when I saw Ricky (one of the hair stylist/owner) and we had a chat hi how are you doing etc. And he made me feel so good as a customer with his big bright smile. Supporting black businesses is good but not if your workers do not have good customer service and not approachable. I do not think that I am going to purchase from there again I rather look for another black business to support because I really didnt feel happy after cashing out. from the Review chick!
