you have to make a concerted effort to find this place...but if you need or choose to be gluten-free it is so worth it. there are a million things i want to try but haven't yet..right now we are stuck on the jalapeno cheese bagels (delish), the buttermilk biscuits (i am originally from the south and these get the southern seal of approval. yum!), and the hamburger buns (i can't believe it's not gluten). my relatives back in tennessee are requesting i fed ex the plain bagels and biscuits...they are not inexpensive but they are so. good.
