I had high hopes for interesting restaurants at Westgate but overall they've been pretty mediocre. Bar Louie might be better than the average there but that bar was set pretty low. We wandered in here one evening for a drink and a snack. It was good food, but a bit on the pricey side for what it was. They said they have a scratch kitchen and I don't doubt it, but a bit more creativity would have been nice. We had fish and chips, figuring that that's always a good way to test a new place. These were pretty good fish and chips but nothing that really set them apart from the usual. The service at the bar was attentive and cheerful and the selection of drinks was creative and interesting.
