The crappiest customer service ever. I put in a mobile order for ONE coffee I wait 5 minutes (ticket says 3-5min wait time) I stand in line for 15mins while EVERYONE in the store is served. Me and one other woman also waiting for ONE coffee and we are ignored. No "hey we're behind be right with you" nothing. I finally say something and the worker says "you're probably at the wrong store" walks away. I finally get my drink after waiting a total of 20mins and it's an iced coffee...yeah it's still warm with like three ice cubes. Complete fucking fail
