Ordered $4.000.00 worth of living room furniture which was delivered after a 3 month wait.....but the couch was missing one of its legs! Customer service encouraged me to accept the order and they promised to find the leg and get back to me within 48 hours about when it would be shipped. A week later, I called because I had not heard from them. According to the representative, the leg has been ordered and shipped to me in another two months!
Advice: If you order from this company, don't accept anything but a complete and perfect order, otherwise, refuse the whole thing. Maybe that will help to motivate them.
