It's been months since this experience and not a single time goes by that I cringe after seeing this businesses name. I thought I had a good experience last time until I realized that the problem wasn't really fixed and called to have them comeback to fix the leak that was left by putting on pipes incorrectly. On the day of the repair the technician asked for cash only and asked me if I could go to an atm when I didn't have the full amount. He agreed to less amount verses taking a credit card or check. Weird right? Turns out he got fired shortly after because he said he lost the cash I paid him. Hearing this made me wonder if they fixed anything in the first place. Then I started getting calls from said technician calling his old company shady and selling me on his new company. I politely asked him to stop calling me. After requested that service star send someone out to check his work because I paid over $400 for this service that didn't really fix much they send they would. No body ever came and eventually the phone line became disconnected. The operator who was always very kind to me, eventually left to go elsewhere. She also informed me that she could have her new company come out and check, for a fee of course. No thanks to all of it! I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone!
