This is literally the worst hotel & I didn't even end up staying here. Reason being is because there were so many bad reviews so I canceled my reservation but was told I needed a manager to give me a cancelation number & a manager wasn't there... was told the manager would be there the next day so when I called the next day to get it I was then told I was supposed to receive it the day of cancellation. I was confirmed by the manager, Nina, herself several times that it was canceled, she said on her end there was nothing with my name or card number in the system. Once I got to Vegas my card was still charged. Call to get my money back & was told, "I'll look into it." Moral of the story, DO NOT STAY HERE! spending more money to go somewhere is WELL worth it when you're considering staying here. If I could give it no stars I would.
