Certainly not the best place to get your dog treated, the time constraint didn't help either to get my dog healed. There are various gripes I have with the place with a VERY LONG WAITING TIME! They do not respect appointment times, you are waiting about 30 - 60 minutes in the waiting room and than about another 45 minutes once you are placed in a room. In addition, the clinic does not look very clean and saw various suspicious stains in every room placed. This place would be better for Spanish speakers since the vet was difficult to understand even in Spanish due to his very soft voice. Another thing that didn't sit well with me was the inconsistency they had to follow the order customers came in. Both checking in and checking out, they would call others first without following the order, as well as when picking my pet from surgery. The only positive thing that came from this visit was a low cost in surgery.
