SO impressed with this company, really glad we got to work with them!
We ordered carpet through Home Depot and JW installed. Process could not have gone smoother. After we paid through Home Depot, JW called to schedule, they were able to come the next day. Gave us a window from 8-10 a.m., Francisco called at 8:15 and arrived at 8:30. He anticipated it would take about 7 hours to rip up old carpet and pad (and haul away) and install new in about 800sqft on stairs, upstairs hall and two bedrooms/closets -- he finished a little earlier than that and it looks FANTASTIC!
Francisco was great, he even had us move some things we had too close to the removal because "they'll get so dusty you think I did it on purpose!" VERY courteous and professional, 11/10 on the awesome scale!
About half way through the job, a supervisor also stopped by to check in on the process. He told us that we could call if we had any issues (which we don't) and they'd happily come out and fix everything. Great customer service!
