First off I'd like to say that I've been purchasing my vehicles at Marhofer the past 17 years. Not only did I purchase but until very recently had them take care of my service as well. While one may have a good buying experience the service department has gone drastically downhill. Appointments made only to be told "we couldn't get to your vehicle today", work not being completed and straight forward lying be staff regarding whether or not a service manager was on duty. Corroborated by two simultaneous phone calls about our vehicle wherein two different service advisors gave conflicting accounts on the whereabouts of a manager. I no longer have faith in this dealership. Sad, it feels like a death in the family since I watched the first dealership building being constructed. I don't know what has occurred in the past year but the service department has gone from a trusted reliable place to one of frustration and utter dismay. I can't justify spending tens of thousands on a vehicle if I don't have confidence in the service.
