Placed a to go order for laulau, gau gee, musubi, and little tart desserts. Laulau had a vinegary sour taste and smell to it, one bite and that was it for me. Gau gee was ok, not as good as what we find back in hawaii. Musubi, can't really mess up on that. Tarts weren't memorable and extremely overpriced for the size and taste.
I called the restaurant informing them about the laulau situation and that they should check the rest, all they said was thank you and hung up. No apology nor did they offer a replacement and because of such poor customer service skills, I will not return.
