Update: Maggie my wax girl is so awesome! I can't boast about her enough. She really made the effort to reach out to me to make things right. Funny thing is when you care you just show it effortlessly. This is Maggie's day off and she was willing to come in to take care of me. If you schedule she's the one you need to go to!! The manager also called me and got me in today first thing with Maggie. I'm still upset I had to wait but Maggie overall made it better.
So I went in to have a wax done at this location and I asked the girl to leave a strip on top and clean the rest. I didn't see what she did paid $45 and left. When I got home is when I saw what was left. I called and spoke to some girl who I explained what happened and she said "oh sorry but we close at 6 and we can have you come tomorrow for a retouch TOMORROW " I told her it was unfair that I had to wait for them to fix their mistake and why couldn't they do it today? She said " yeah well I can't force the girls to stay" this place is ridiculous. I honestly feel like they stoled my $45. I wish there were negative stars on this because I sure would give them none. As a business owner I would have done what I can to make it right for my customer. Never going back here again!!!!
