I attended the workshop class Namasbey and had a blast! It was my first time taking hot yoga and wow! I had a great workout and sweated so much! The instructor was great and did a good job putting the moves with Beyoncé music. I am already planning to come back for the drake yoga class.
Make sure you bring your mat because if you don't you will have to rent one for $2.
Also parking is in the park- meter. And the place is located behind dunkin doughnuts, upstairs.
