I don't think you could find a better box. Their 101 and 201 classes help you learn proper form along with keeping that form as the workout goes on and don't just throw you to the wolves in the regular CF but you still get one heck of a workout and see leaps and bounds of improvements. You really get the family CrossFit experience from them, they really care about helping you be better in every aspect of your life and are always pushing you to do great things. Their kids CrossFit is just as great, they really motivate these kids and it was a great time for my 8 year old.
