The ice cream was good, bubble waffle was good, but we waited 30 minutes for cotton candy!!!!!!! A 10 second item to 30 minutes! Server said "sorrrrrry" when I asked why it took so long. I went to the woman taking orders for an explanation and she said they only had one machine working. I don't care how many machine you have, it takes 10-20 seconds, 30 seconds for dense cotton candy, to make a stick of cotton candy. There wasn't a huge crowd there. For a place that has been featured on TV and in the media, they know that they need to do to ensure a quick turnaround of product. The complaints on Yelp and other sites are clearly not cared about. Others had been waiting just as long or longer for their treats. Gotta shape up or you will shape yourselves out.
