You would think the day after thanksgiving they would be locked on? The appetizer, while small and way over priced was good, how hard is it to not serve soggy fish and chips? The crowd was small
- I was the only one sitting out side - I just wanted catsup for my fries - no luck...maybe it's cause I am just a tourist and think I won't be back - well, I travel to Vegas often...and I won't be...if you are gonna gouge folks - at least provide the right service. Then the rude guy, wanders out and drops my $42.11 bill on the table - like I was an inconvenience- I tip well usually- but treat me like this - nope.
I was contacted by the on duty manager after I had posted my review, as well as the GM, via Yelp, very professional and sincere in their response. They assured me that the issue has been dealt with...professional service such as this would encourage me to give them a second chance.
