Very disappointing experience. We booked a 2 queen room through groupon and were told upon check in that our family of four had to stay in a one king bed room because booking two queens was "just a request and not a guarantee." I was honestly speechless and had never heard such a thing. After arguing our point and providing our reservation paperwork, we were finally given the room we had booked. Who wants to start their vacation that way? The list grew and grew from that point on... The pool was not heated, strictly NO pool toys allowed (despite the fact that there were many families here on vacation and lifeguards on duty... It was a "safety hazard" per management...?! Geez! Thanks pool police!), the drinks out by the pool were ridiculous prices (no outside food or drinks allowed...everywhere else in the hotel was much more reasonably priced... They had us trapped yet again!) Don't vacation here (especially as a family!) We won't be back!
