Please be careful when you rent in this place. I rented here for one year and its been a very poor experience.
When I vacated my deposit was not returned and the statement said I charges of $770 are applied to my $800 deposit. No explanation for that charge.
Also living conditions are unsafe, I was burgled in this place lost all my personal belongings and TV. They claim guards are always around, there is one guards on cycle touring around in say four hours - not much of a security. Gym equipment always broken, pool not clean
Be careful service and entire experience has been really poor.
Only good thing here is the manager Barbara - good lady without any power to control anything
