It was my first time going to this location and it was a great experience! I received a coupon in the mail for $10 off anything in the store, so I decided to go in for some eye cream. I approached one of the workers there with a question regarding which from the three no7 eye cream she thinks would suit me, and she gave me an even better option. She showed me a Clinique eye serum that she said great things about. Anyway, so I chose to buy the Clinique eye serum since I've heard great things about the brand before. As much as I'm happy with my purchase, I am also very grateful for the wonderful customer service that Michelle provided. She was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable in the product which I absolutely appreciate because I told her I don't know what exactly I'm looking for in an eye product and just had her look at me to help choose one that will fit me. It's rare now to come by excellent customer service, so THANK YOU, MICHELLE! If you decide to go to this Ulta location make sure you look for Michelle :)
