Rip off! Outrageously priced and deceptive too! I put a review on the Mr. Appliance of Henderson also because our receipt says Henderson but we called the West Las Vegas number and the number that called me was West Las Vegas. My tenant set up an appointment to repair our dishwasher and I was called two days before to confirm that they were going to the property and they said that they would call with authorization once they diagnosed the problem. Well they called me, but they said that they had already done the repair and it would be $265. My tenant said that the repairman was there 25-35 minutes and all he did was remove broken glass. No parts were replaced. That's $500 per hour to clean out some glass! The receipt that my tenant sent me says on the bottom of it that they were unable to get ahold of me for authorization even though the tenant is a witness that they never called and I have my cell phone log to prove that they didn't call me. Who would authorize that much to repair a cheap dishwasher when you can buy a new one for $299. For comparison, I just had my GE monogram vent hood repaired in California for $95 and it took them the same amount of time to repair it. As an owner of several rental properties in Vegas I know that many service companies here try to take advantage of tenants that are unfamiliar with repair costs, but this is beyond ridiculous.
