I didn't think it could get much worse since my last review but I was proved wrong. I finally have my shades. Not without: a no show for an installation appointment, a refusal to refund my deposit, the office manager laughing at my concerns, AND charging me more than I was told at installation. My shades finally look as expected but that's no consolation for what I went through to get them.
