This place is way off the airport. First you take a shuttle to the off site car rental Depot. A majority of rental car companies are at that location. Next, take another shuttle 10 min to the fox rental location. Overall, from touchdown it took an hour and ten minutes until I was at the counter talking to an agent. You do get something in exchange, it's one of the least expensive rentals, they also have a fairly good selection. Hence my willingness, this is the only rental car company that had the vehicle I wanted. I was treating the rental as an extended test drive before I head to a dealer. The service agent was antisocial, he was nice but not nice at the same time. He seemed busy and distracted. Maybe he was just frustrated that everything was broken and none of the equipment was working properly. On the other hand I've never actually meet anyone happy on the other side of a car rental exchange. It's a thankless job in many ways. if they had a shuttle service from the airport I'd be tempted to use fox again. As they don't have that I'll probably use something more convenient in the future.
