If I could leave a 0/5 stars I would. I had an appointment today 10/19 between 1400-1800 they called at 1559 to verify my appointment. I called back and verified appointment at 1619. NOBODY SHOWED UP AT 1800!!!! After calling them, they stated the technician called me at 1559 and 1635 which is NOT true. I never received a technician call. Upon trying to speak to a supervisor once rescheduled to use their guarantee of one minute late it is free, they hung up on me stating it was up to the technician the day of to decide. I was not going to make the technician the day of be responsible for someone that didn't do their job today. They offered a technician to come out after all jobs were done and I have young children this is not happening! I am furious that a company that has such a guarantee would not honor their guarantee or give me a supervisor to get this fixed. RIDICULOUS!
