Worst management company I have ever seen. Was told of a neighborhood HOA increase of $1,500 on dec 21st due Jan 1st. and late after Jan 10th. Paid the increase on the 12th and paid the late fee. Notified 9 months later that they charged a $20 delinquent fee in addition to the late fee? Not sure what the difference is or why 9 months later? Next I received a letter to remove our security sign from our yard with 10 days to respond but the person who mailed the letter was out for next three days... leaving 7 days for me to ask questions..very unprofessional. My neighbor received his letter two days after mine. Their goal appears to shorten all notification times so they can fine you. I have been on neighborhood boards and I have never seen a company that didn't allow 30 days for all correspondence to respond.
