I was impressed from my initial phone call to schedule the appointment, Nancy was super nice and I had an appointment to see Dr Thai the next week. I had my appointment on a Friday and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I waited just a couple mins before I was called back and seated in a room....yup no wait! Does that ever happen in a doctors office? Dr. Thai was also very friendly, great bedside manner, he answered all my questions and ordered blood work and tests that should've been ordered years ago because of my medical & family history. I'm excited to have found a Dr that is easy to talk to for myself and my family. Finally a dr's office with a smile behind the desk and on the phone that talks to you like a valued patient not just another insured patient.
