Wow, we were so grateful to have Greg T. show up at our door. He was extremely clear and helpful, identified the problem quickly and got to work on a plan of action. His work was quick but thorough and he's also a pleasure to chat with! Also appreciated that he put up with our dog who was very curious about what was going on.
I was also impressed with the customer service when I called. We received updates on our appointment time throughout the day through texts, email and even a phone call. There was NONE of this waiting around wondering when your guy will show up type scenario you get with so many services.
This is overall a 5* service handsdown and I can't imagine we will ever call anyone else. (I'll also be specifically asking for Greg every time).
