Caliber Collision does not need the business or money!!! Simply put, they must be doing well and do not need any more business!
A few years ago my car was towed to Caliber Collision and was repaired at this location. I didn't even realize that they had other locations, until I looked on Yelp. Anyway, the damage to my vehicle was completed in 2013 to my satisfaction, which is the reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise it would be a single star.
Since they have done a good job in the past, last week I stopped by and asked to have an estimate for some scratches and dents. I parked outside at one of the local casinos and a huge tree branch fell and hit my vehicle. It would have been a guaranteed pay for Caliber Collision, but they would not provide me with an estimate without an appointment. I drove to 3 other auto body shops and in 15 min I had written estimates. No problem, no hassle, no appointment! Too bad for Caliber Collision.
