Poor experience with scheduling and Dr. Michaels. After waiting a month for a rash that went away, I decided to stick with my appointment to see if the dermatologist could identify the issue to prevent it from occurring in the future. I called in to let these guys know I was going to be running a few minutes late (5-10 minutes) as a courtesy. They wanted to reschedule me for being 5-10 minutes late... I ended up arriving 3 minutes late anyways and they tried to say that my appointment was canceled. After talking it over, they kept my appointment and I got to see my doctor. Of course, since they didn't have a single time slot until 1 month after my issue, the doctor wasn't able to determine the issue. In lieu of wasting my copay on a worthless visit, I managed to have the doctor prescribe me acne medication for my visit, which was the only noteworthy thing of my visit. Overall, horrible experience with scheduling and a mediocre exam. Would not recommend.
