Absolutely ridiculous. Kid at front desk was obviously more focused on talking to a girl than doing his job. No sense of customer service to the point I even asked him if he wanted to be there working. Place is ok, but only 1 machine that pitches balls? Not to mention you have to collect them after hitting? I have never been to a batting cage that makes you collect your own balls for the next round. In all honesty, the collecting of your own balls didn't bother me much, but the kid at the front that "checks you in" was absolutely horrendous. Being a small business owner myself, and being in the customer service industry, IMO, they should think about who represents the first impression...no reason to return.
