This casino does not care at all about their customers. They mailed me a card to come get a free gift for my birthday. When I got there only a few days after I was told they did not have any gifts left. The woman offered a small consolation prize which I get in the mail all the time but she did not seem to really care. I talked with a supervisor who told me to fill out a comment card and supplies are limited. I then asked for the casino manager. He acted like he couldn't care less and actually said, "It is near the end if the month and supplies are limited." I told him if they know how many cards they are sending out they should have enough to cover the number. He also acted like he could not care less that I was not going to come back . IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT WASTE MY MONEY THERE.
